You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license issued in any state or country to rent a vehicle from Lucky Owl.
On the day of the rental, you must have the following three items. If you do not have these items, this will void your reservation.
- Proof of insurance
- Driver’s license
- Payment and deposit
For the rental payment, we accept cash, debit cards, or credit cards. For the rental deposit, we only accept debit or credit cards.
In order to reserve a vehicle, a deposit is required. We ask customers to give us a $200 deposit in the form of a hold on a debit or credit card. Once the car is returned, we release the hold.
For online reservations, you can fill out the online booking with no money down. We only collect the rental fee and deposit on the day you pick up the vehicle.
There is no cancellation fee for reservations that are canceled three days or more prior to the start of your rental reservation. If you have already picked up a vehicle and want to cancel early, we will prorate the refund depending on how many days you rented and how many days remain.
